Earn your Weather merit badge independently at the Hiller Aviation Museum. Scouts will also get to complete a challenging flight simulation in different meteorological conditions as part of the program.
Participants complete most of the requirements for the Weather merit badge during the program. Some post-program homework is required, including using a weather station (constructed during the program) to track seven days of weather observation.
Class size is limited. Cost is $75.
This is an independent offering. Register directly with Hiller Aviation Museum. Troop 333 is not organizing transportation or providing adult leaders for this activity.
What to Bring
Wear your Class B uniform
Bring a lunch and snacks. There is no food service at Hiller Aviation Museum.
Optional: Bring your Weather MB Workbook. Taking notes during the program using the workbook will help ensure that you complete all requirements.
