Shotgun Merit Badge

  • United Sportsmen Clubhouse 4700 Evora Road Concord, CA, 94520 United States (map)

Scouts will spend the day learning about shotgun safety, construction and mechanics with Tim Trickel, Golden Gate Area Council’s Shotgun Shooting Merit Badge Coordinator, followed by supervised range time. Scouts who do the advance work and successfully meet the shooting accuracy requirements should be able to earn the merit badge.

This is a Council offering. Register directly with them. Troop 333 is not organizing transportation or providing adult leaders for this activity.

Class size is limited. Cost is $65.

The minimum age 13 years old. We do not recommended this badge for Scouts under 14 years old.
