Every activity has a signup page

Go there to RSVP. You can find them under events, on the calendar, and linked in the table below.

Use the email we have on file

When you RSVP our system looks for your email, not your name. Use the email we have on file for you. If you use a different email, your response won’t be counted. If your parents RSVP for you, it will show up as them registering instead of you.

Updating your status

The easiest way to update your status is to just submit the form again. Our system automatically scans for duplicate emails and overwrites the older entry with the newer one.

Scouts without email

Parents of younger Scouts without email should contact us for a workaround.

After the deadline

Signups automatically close 2 weeks before most activities. We need at least this much time to plan, purchase food, organize equipment, etc. If you need to change your status from yes to no after the deadline, contact your Scoutmaster.

Maybe = no

If you are still listed as “maybe” when registration closes, we will plan as if you are not attending. Requests to participate after the deadline will generally not be accommodated—not because we are mean, but because it can mean having to completely replan meals, transportation, permits, activities, tenting, equipment, etc.
